Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MealsCloud. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and MealsCloud ("we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the MealsCloud platform, including all features, content, and services made available at mealscloud.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using any part of MealsCloud, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use MealsCloud.

If you are using MealsCloud on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and the business.

2. Description of Service

MealsCloud is a software platform built for home chefs and cloud kitchens in Pakistan. The platform provides a shareable digital menu link, an order management dashboard, customer order tracking, payment method management, daily sales reports, and related tools to help you run your food business.

MealsCloud is a software tool only. We do not prepare food, arrange delivery, process payments on your behalf, or act as a marketplace. All food orders, delivery arrangements, and payment collection are conducted directly between you and your customers. MealsCloud facilitates the process but is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.

3. Eligibility

To use MealsCloud, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Pakistani law. By using MealsCloud, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

MealsCloud is currently available to users in Pakistan only. Use of the platform from outside Pakistan is not officially supported and may result in limited functionality.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of MealsCloud, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

We reserve the right to disable any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payment

MealsCloud offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change via email to your registered address. Your continued use of a paid plan after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Early bird pricing, where offered, is locked in at the time of subscription and will not be retroactively changed for existing subscribers.

MealsCloud does not take any commission on orders placed through your menu link. You receive the full payment from your customers directly.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan provides access to core MealsCloud features with certain limitations, including a maximum number of menu items and a monthly order cap. These limits are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice. Exceeding the limits of the Free plan may require upgrading to a paid subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

By uploading content, you grant MealsCloud a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the service.

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain false or misleading information, and complies with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, and business information.

9. Intellectual Property

MealsCloud and all associated software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the MealsCloud name, logo, or brand without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

MealsCloud may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa), delivery platforms, and communication tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

MealsCloud is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that MealsCloud will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the platform. You use MealsCloud at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, MealsCloud and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of MealsCloud, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MealsCloud in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

14. Termination

You may cancel your MealsCloud account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period for paid plans. For the Free plan, your account is deactivated immediately upon request.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to other users or MealsCloud. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months on the Free plan, with 30 days' email notice.

Upon termination, your right to use MealsCloud ceases immediately. Data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post a notice on MealsCloud at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of MealsCloud after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
