We want you to feel confident choosing MealsCloud for your home chef or cloud kitchen business. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how we process it. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to a paid plan.
1. Free Plan
The MealsCloud Free plan is available at no cost. There are no charges and therefore no refunds applicable to the Free plan. You can use the Free plan indefinitely within its stated limits without any financial commitment.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Pro) are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied with MealsCloud for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It does not apply to renewal charges, plan upgrades, or re-subscriptions after a prior cancellation.

3. Monthly Subscriptions — Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly MealsCloud subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account remains fully active and you retain all features until that date.
We do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a monthly billing period. For example, if you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day billing period, you retain access for the remaining 15 days but will not receive a refund for those days.
4. Annual Subscriptions — Cancellations
Annual plan subscribers may cancel at any time. If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day money-back period has passed, your account remains active until the end of the annual billing period, and no refund is issued for the remaining months.
Exception — Early cancellation on annual plans: If you subscribed to an annual plan and cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal date, you may request a prorated refund for the full unused months remaining. Partial months are not refundable. This exception does not apply to the initial subscription period (only renewals).
To request a prorated refund on an annual renewal, email [email protected] within 30 days of your renewal date with your account details.
5. Early Bird Subscriptions
Early bird subscribers who locked in 50% off paid plans during the waitlist period retain their discounted pricing as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Refund eligibility for early bird subscriptions follows the same rules as standard paid plans above.
If an early bird subscriber cancels and later re-subscribes, the early bird pricing is no longer guaranteed and standard pricing will apply.
6. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades: When you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan mid-billing-period, the unused value of your current plan is credited towards your new plan on a prorated basis. You are charged only the difference.
Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
7. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Renewal charges after the 7-day money-back window has passed on the initial subscription
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Free plan accounts (no charges apply)
8. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged at the wrong rate, charged twice, or charged after a successful cancellation — please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take billing accuracy seriously and will investigate and correct any confirmed errors promptly, typically within 3 business days.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. The refund is returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Refunds for payments made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are returned to the same mobile wallet account. Bank transfer payments are refunded to the originating account. MealsCloud does not issue refunds by any payment method other than the original payment method.
10. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- A brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a resolution within 5 business days. For the 7-day money-back guarantee, no reason is required — we will process it immediately.
